Registrations

Interested parties can only register for participation in Brucklinn via the Internet, provided that any requirements are met. Any information provided is non-binding and Young Acting cannot accept any liability for it. Due to the limited number of participants, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations are binding. A confirmation of enrolment will be sent to the director immediately, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum numbers of participants are set for all courses. The organisers will be notified in good time of the performance by email, invitation, invoice or telephone. Proof of authorisation to take part in an educational offer must be provided by means of proof of payment. Certain programmes have additional terms and conditions, which are applied separately in the event of an event.

Privacy policy

All personal details of participants will be treated confidentially. By submitting the data, the interested party agrees that personal data (first and last name, title, date of birth, address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, mailing address or private address), which are transmitted electronically, by telephone, verbally, by fax or in writing, may be stored, used for the organisation of the festival, the transmission of information and for quality assurance and may be transmitted to funding bodies, examination centres or cooperation partners who are involved in the implementation of the educational offer. This also includes sending the e-mail newsletter to the e-mail address(es) provided. If the personal data of the participant or interested party has changed or they do not wish to receive any further mailings from us (cancellation), please inform us at office@youngacting.at.

Photo and video recordings of performances

The participant or the legal guardian agrees to the publication of photos/video material taken in the course of participation in the performances and on which his/her son and/or daughter may be seen. Publications can be – homepage (www.brucklinn.com + www.youngacting.at), www.facebook.at/youngacting, instagram, newspaper articles in print and online formats and internal company media.

No images containing personal data will be published; the declaration of consent can be revoked at any time. The cancellation applies to all future publications, but not to publications that have already taken place.
